Energy and environmental intelligence

We help you see what is happening inside your building

Stelimasa Energy provides energy and environmental intelligence for UK landlords, SMEs, care homes and community buildings. We help you understand where energy is being wasted, where indoor conditions are creating risk, and what to do before problems become expensive. Delivered through approved technical partners with monthly insight reports.

How it works

Not a gadget. An intelligence service.

Dashboards are easy to cancel. Monthly insight reports — with clear findings, risks and actions — are harder to replace. That is the product.

Month 1

Baseline: what does normal look like?

Sensors are installed through our approved technical partners. We establish your site baseline across temperature, humidity, air quality and any additional parameters. Your first monthly report describes current conditions.

Month 2

Pattern recognition: what is repeating?

The second report reveals patterns. Rooms that consistently run damp. Heating cycles that waste energy. Air quality that dips every morning. Risks that recur invisibly when no one is measuring them.

Month 3+

Actionable insight: what should you change?

By month three, we have evidence — not guesses. Specific, costed recommendations. Before-and-after comparisons. A structured data trail for ESG, grant applications, compliance or future carbon reporting.

What we monitor

Tell us the problem. We configure the right package.

We do not sell a single generic sensor package. The monitoring configuration depends on what risk, cost or evidence gap you are trying to address. Every package ends with a monthly insight report.

01 — Energy Waste Monitoring
Find hidden energy waste before it becomes accepted cost.
CT101 current sensor
Best for
SMEs, warehouses, schools, churches, shops, small hotels, offices
What it monitors
Electricity usage patterns Overnight base load Weekend usage Equipment left running Abnormal current spikes Inefficient schedules
Sensor configuration
1–2 CT101 current transformers. Clamp onto circuits inside consumer unit or distribution board. No circuit interruption. Self-powered from measured conductor. Installed by qualified electrician.
From £495 setup From £149/month
02 — Damp & Mould Risk Monitoring
Monitor conditions that contribute to mould risk before they become complaints or disputes.
Temperature · Humidity
Best for
Landlords, HMOs, care homes, nurseries, schools, supported living
What it monitors
High humidity Low temperatures Poor ventilation Room-level risk trends Repeated risk periods Condition evidence trail
Sensor configuration
Temperature and humidity sensors. Kitchen, bathroom, main bedroom, living room as standard. Battery-powered. Wall or surface mounted. No electrical work required. Typical residential property: 4 sensors.
Important wording
We monitor mould-risk conditions — not mould itself. We measure the humidity and temperature patterns that create risk, not certify presence or absence of mould.
From £495 setup From £149/month
03 — Building Health Monitoring
Create a monthly evidence trail for healthier, better-managed indoor spaces.
Temp · Humidity · CO₂ · Air quality
Best for
Care homes, schools, nurseries, offices, community buildings
What it monitors
Ventilation performance Temperature stability CO₂ levels Occupant comfort Air quality trends Overheating risk
Sensor configuration
Temperature, humidity and CO₂ sensors in occupied spaces. Schools: one per classroom, prioritising rooms with complaints. Care homes: bedroom corridors, dining room, lounge. Battery-powered. No electrical work required. Aligned to CIBSE TM68 indoor environmental quality guidance.
From £750 setup From £199/month
04 — ESG Evidence Insight
Turn real site data into credible environmental evidence for funders, tenders and boards.
Reporting and advisory layer
Best for
SMEs, charities, schools, property portfolios, organisations bidding for contracts, grants or sustainability-linked finance
What it delivers
Monthly evidence reports Trend summaries Grant-readiness support ESG data packs Quarterly review call Carbon-readiness file
Important
This is a reporting and advisory layer on top of any existing monitoring package. If you already have sensors installed, you may be able to add ESG Evidence without additional hardware. The cost is in the structured reporting, not the sensor count.
UK SRS S1 and S2 were published February 2026. Supply chain ESG data requests are already reaching UK SMEs ahead of reporting obligations expected from 2027 for relevant listed companies.
No additional setup From £300/month
05 — Full Building Intelligence
Understand both what your building consumes and what conditions that consumption creates.
CT101 + environmental sensors
Best for
Property portfolios, schools, care groups, commercial buildings, estates, multi-site operators
What it monitors
Electrical consumption Damp and mould risk Indoor air quality Temperature and humidity Ventilation performance Operational efficiency
Sensor configuration
CT101 current transformers at distribution board level combined with room-level temperature, humidity and CO₂ sensors. Configuration agreed at site survey. Installed by approved technical partners. Monthly report covers both energy and environmental findings in a single document.
From £995 setup From £249/month
Who we serve

🏥
Care homes and supported living
Vulnerable occupants need consistent indoor conditions. Spot ventilation, humidity and comfort issues before they affect residents.
🌾
Farms and growers
Soil moisture, humidity, storage conditions. Environmental evidence for subsidies, grants and supply chain requirements.
🏫
Schools, nurseries and community buildings
Air quality. Overheating. Old buildings. Real data supports grant applications, board reports and Ofsted-adjacent compliance.
🏭
Warehouses and light industrial
Stock protection, humidity risk, energy waste. ESG evidence for customers and supply chain procurement.
🏢

Compliance and data protection

Built for the UK regulatory environment.

Environmental monitoring in residential and commercial settings involves data protection obligations. We take them seriously from day one.

UK GDPR and ICO

Stelimasa Energy Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration reference ZC169554). All personal and site data is handled in line with UK GDPR and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. A formal Data Protection Impact Assessment will be completed before any residential or sensitive site deployment.

Tenant notification

For residential deployments, we provide compliant tenant notification templates and a plain-English privacy notice before any monitoring begins.

PSTI device compliance

Hardware deployed through approved partners will be required to meet UK Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure requirements, including secure default credentials and appropriate device support information. Compliance confirmation is obtained from partners before any site deployment.

Installer agreements

All technical partners operate under a formal Partner Fulfilment Agreement with clear obligations on installation standards, data handling and liability.

About

Stelimasa Energy

Stelimasa Energy is a UK environmental intelligence business. We coordinate the deployment of low-cost sensor systems through approved technical partners, capture site-level environmental data, and convert that data into monthly intelligence reports that support operational savings, ESG evidence and future sustainability decisions.

Our UK model is deliberately sales-led and asset-light. We own the customer relationship, structure the service, manage monthly reporting, and work with approved technical partners for device installation, configuration and support.

We do not lead with carbon credits. We lead with practical visibility, early risk identification and credible evidence — built from real site data, one monthly report at a time.

Registered in England and Wales as an environmental consulting and technical analysis business. Installation and technical deployment delivered through approved partners.
